Bamford McLeod Construction Limited was awarded the PlaceMakers Supreme Award for Renovation of the Year, as well as the Renovation Award over $500,000 for its transformation of a Queenstown house.

I am the client representative for a $2.6m house project being undertaken by Bamford McLeod on Lot 23 on the Preserve at Jacks Point.

The project commenced in April 2011 and is due for completion in March 2012. The house design is a unique V shape with a multi faceted roof and complex fascia, soffit and eave finishes. The site demands a split level solution that adds to the complexity.

Bamford McLeod were awarded in a competitive bid process, a contract for the construction and concrete work, which is the critical element of the project.
